For a rustic look, we've seen it sandblasted,  for a more traditional look we've seen it highly polished with ogee edges.  Akcent is a wonderful alternative when you desire an organic surface with less visual texture and shine than other natural stones. And it is equally at home in contemporary and traditional settings.
